We deeply value the spirit and dedication of the workforce. As we prepare to scale our operations, we’re focused on building a culture that appreciates effort and initiative. Every role, regardless of hierarchy, is seen as vital to our mission, and respect for labour is at our core from day one.

2. Skilled labour is vital in the defence sector. What steps do you take to train, upskill, and retain talent within your workforce?

We are building a forward-looking framework that prioritises learning and skill development from the outset. Plans include expert-led workshops, digital upskilling modules, and long-term growth pathways. Though our operations are yet to commence, our focus remains on developing a talent-ready workforce equipped to meet future defence challenges.

3. Labour Day also brings attention to workers’ rights and well-being. How do you ensure a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment for all employees, including those in technical and manufacturing roles?

We are laying the groundwork for a work culture rooted in safety, respect, and inclusion. From infrastructure design to HR policies, every aspect is being shaped to uphold the highest standards of employee well-being. Our aim is to empower future teams through fairness, transparency, and dignity at work.

4. With technological advancements reshaping the defence sector, how are you preparing your labour force to adapt to new skills and challenges while continuing to value traditional expertise?

We are committed to future-readiness. While building our foundation, we’re designing training systems that integrate new-age technologies with traditional know-how. Our vision is to foster a workforce that is agile, tech-savvy, and equally appreciative of legacy expertise—ensuring both innovation and continuity in our approach.

5. This Labour Day, what message would you like to share with your workforce and the broader industry about the importance of labour in nation-building and defence innovation?

Labour is the backbone of national progress. This Labour Day, we honour the commitment, resilience, and strength of workers everywhere. In a sector as critical as defence, every breakthrough begins with human effort. Let us continue to empower and uplift the hands that shape our future.
